Breadth topic

Construction breadth

In order to understand the cost of switching the steel system to two way slab. I will do a comparison of cost and schedule between two systems. I will do the topic based on the information from 2018 RS Means. 

Mechanical
breadth

Most of rooms are built as patient room in this section of hospital. That’s why mechanical part is very important that need to rework due to the structural system changes from composite steel to two-way slab system. I will research for proper mechanical system for the alternative structural system and design the layout to fit in the new system.
